Why is there a Chevy bow tie on this beautiful GTO gift sign? The owner of this beautiful 1967 GTO gave King B Signs & Wonders a very unusual request for his custom hand painted sign. His GTO was originally purchased by the owner of Latimer-Looney Chevrolet in Kingsport, TN. The dealership owner's son wanted a GTO rather than a Chevy. The car was ordered directly from the Pontiac factory for his son. In addition to the unique origin of the car, it was ordered with a 2 barrel carburetor presumably to slow the car down and to keep the young man out of trouble. The Latimer-Looney logo was hand painted using a photograph of the original dealership sign for reference.
